I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Eunice, Louisiana.  I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University.  I am licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.  I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) where I was recently elected for the position of Lafayette Regional Chair.  I also serve on the NASW Annual Conference Committee for the Louisiana Chapter.  I continue to fulfill and exceed all continuing education requirements on an annual basis.  I have extensive experience in working with individuals and their families as they adjust to divorce, death, and family conflict.  One of my goals is to contribute to and improve the community of Acadiana.  Therefore, I continue to be involved in various community activities.  

     Beginning therapy can be stressful but, it can positively alter and improve one's life.  Therapy not only addresses current challenges but can also address underlying concerns.  Therapy assists people in adjusting to the inevitable changes of life such as marriage, divorce, relocation, job change, birth, parenting, and even death.  I am licensed and experienced which allows me to assist you or a loved one with life's challenges.  It is proven that challenges can impact all areas of one's life and I understand the importance of addressing each of those areas.  Therefore, I will work with other professionals including other mental health and medical professionals as needed. 

     I am focused on short-term therapy and utilize the short-term therapy process to provide assistance with improving relationships and increasing one's level of functioning as well as assisting individuals in reaching their goals.  I am motivated and willing to work with you and your loved ones to improve your life and reach your personal goals.
